Statamic Webbureau

The Statamic webbureau that stays

We build Statamic sites, migrate WordPress sites onto them, and then stay on to keep them running well. The same team handles it all — from the first line of code to year three of support.

What we do

Everything a Statamic site needs — built and run by one team

Most bureaus build your site and move on. You end up with a codebase you didn’t write, a platform you’re still learning, and a growing list of questions with no one obvious to ask.

We’re here before the build, during it, and after it — as the team that knows your site from the inside and keeps it running the way it should.

Managed Hosting

We set up and manage the right hosting architecture for your Statamic site. For European clients, we default to Hetzner — GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001 certified, with data centers in Germany and Finland.

Ongoing Support

Updates, bug fixes, new features, and content structure work — handled by the same team that built the site. No re-explaining your setup every time something comes up.

WordPress Migration

We move your content, custom fields, URLs, and media — cleanly, with no data loss and no unnecessary disruption to your search rankings during the transition.

WordPress Site Audit

Before any migration, we document what you have — every plugin, every custom post type, every integration — so the project scope is clear before work begins.

Custom Addon Development

When the platform doesn’t do exactly what you need, we build it — custom fieldtypes, control panel tools, and Statamic addons built to your spec.

Training

We get your content team comfortable in the control panel and your developers up to speed on the codebase. Done async or over video calls — wherever your team is.

How we work

More like an in-house team than an outside bureau

The bureaus that frustrate people are the ones that treat every project as a transaction — scope it, build it, invoice it, disappear. That model works fine for simple jobs. It falls apart when your site is something you actually depend on.

We’re most useful to organisations that want a team they can call on. Someone who already knows the codebase, knows the content model, knows why decisions were made. Day-to-day work happens async in our project management tool, ClickUp — tasks, comments, files, status updates. We get on video calls when something’s worth talking through. Keeping everything in one place makes the work more predictable for both sides.

Hosting & GDPR

EU data residency, handled from the start

For European clients, we host on Hetzner — a German infrastructure provider with data centers in Nuremberg, Falkenstein, and Helsinki. Hetzner is GDPR-compliant and ISO 27001 certified, and the data processing agreements are straightforward if your legal team needs to review them.

If your organisation has genuine GDPR obligations, EU-resident infrastructure removes one layer of complexity from the conversation. We can walk through the specifics of how your site’s data is handled whenever that comes up in your review process.

Common questions

How do you charge for work?

It depends on the type of work. Well-scoped projects — migrations, new builds, specific feature work — get a fixed project fee. Ongoing support runs as a monthly retainer with a set number of hours. We’ll talk through which structure makes sense for what you’re trying to do.

What does a support retainer include?

A monthly block of hours that covers whatever comes up — updates, bug fixes, new features, content structure changes, hosting management. Retainers are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and you can adjust the hours up or down as your needs change.

Can you invoice in EUR?

We invoice in USD. For most clients that hasn’t been an issue, but if your finance team needs something specific, it’s worth a conversation.

Can you work alongside our existing developers?

Yes. Some clients bring us in as the main technical team. Others have developers internally and want us focused on specific things — Statamic-specific work, infrastructure, or areas where their team doesn’t have bandwidth. We’re comfortable in either setup.

What if we eventually want to bring things in-house?

You own the code throughout the engagement. If we’re managing your infrastructure, we keep it set up in a way that’s easy to hand off — documented, not tangled up in our own systems. We’ve helped clients make that transition before and it’s generally not a complicated process.

Do you work with clients who aren’t migrating from WordPress?

Yes. New Statamic builds and existing Statamic sites that need ongoing support are both in scope. The WordPress migration background is useful context, not a requirement.
