Statamic Agency
The Statamic team that stays
We build Statamic sites, move WordPress sites onto them, and then stick around to keep them healthy. The same team handles it all — from the first line of code to the third year of support.

Everything a Statamic site needs — built and run by one team
Most agencies build your site and move on. You’re left with a codebase you didn’t write, a platform you’re still learning, and a growing list of questions with no one obvious to ask.
We work differently. We’re here before the build, during it, and after it — as the team that knows your site from the inside and keeps it running the way it should.
WordPress to Statamic Migration
We move your content, your structure, your custom fields, and your URLs — cleanly, with no data loss and no SEO disruption.
WordPress Site Audit
Before any migration, we document what you have — every plugin, every custom post type, every integration — so there are no surprises mid-project.
Managed Hosting
We set up and manage the right hosting architecture for your Statamic site — traditional server, static, or hybrid — and monitor it from there.
Ongoing Support
Updates, bug fixes, new features, content structure changes. A support relationship where you’re talking to the people who built the thing.
Custom Addon Development
When the platform doesn’t do exactly what you need, we build it — custom fieldtypes, control panel tools, and Statamic addons built to your spec.
Training
We get your content team comfortable in the control panel and your developers up to speed on how the codebase is structured. No one should feel like they’re guessing.
How we work
More like an in-house team than an outside vendor
The agencies that frustrate people are the ones that treat every project as a transaction — scope it, build it, invoice it, disappear. That model works fine for simple jobs. It falls apart when your site is something you actually depend on.
We’re most useful to organizations that want a team they can call on. Someone who already knows the codebase, knows the content model, knows why decisions were made. Not a stranger who needs a two-hour walkthrough before they can do anything.
That kind of relationship builds over time. It starts with a migration or a new build, and it grows from there as your site does.
Infrastructure you can rely on
A Statamic site is only as good as the environment it lives in
Performance From the Start
We configure caching, asset optimization, and delivery from day one — not as an afterthought when things start feeling slow.
Maintained Dependencies
Statamic, Laravel, and all related packages stay current. Security patches don’t wait until something breaks.
Proactive Monitoring
We watch your site so you don’t have to. Uptime monitoring, error tracking, and alerts mean we usually know about problems before you do.
Common questions
How do you charge for work?
It depends on the type of work. Well-scoped projects — migrations, new builds, specific feature work — get a fixed project fee. Ongoing support runs as a monthly retainer with a set number of hours. We’ll talk through which structure makes sense for what you’re trying to do.
What does a support retainer include?
A monthly block of hours that covers whatever comes up — updates, bug fixes, new features, content structure changes, hosting management. Retainers are month-to-month, so there’s no long-term commitment, and you can adjust the hours up or down as your needs change.
How do we communicate and coordinate work?
Most of it happens async in our project management tool, ClickUp — tasks, comments, files, status updates. We get on video calls when something’s worth talking through in real time. Keeping everything in one place makes the work more predictable for both sides.
Can you work alongside our existing developers?
Yes. Some clients bring us in as the main technical team. Others have developers internally and want us focused on specific things — Statamic-specific work, infrastructure, or areas where their team doesn’t have bandwidth. We’re comfortable in either setup.
What if we eventually want to bring things in-house?
You own the code throughout the engagement. If we’re managing your infrastructure, we keep it set up in a way that’s easy to hand off — documented, not tangled up in our own systems. We’ve helped clients make that transition before and it’s generally not a complicated process.
Do you work with clients who aren’t migrating from WordPress?
Yes. New Statamic builds and existing Statamic sites that need ongoing support are both in scope. The WordPress migration background is useful context, not a requirement.
Do you have a minimum engagement size?
We don’t publish minimums, but we’re set up for organizations with real stakes in their web presence — not five-page brochure sites. If you’re not sure whether you’re the right fit, just ask.
Looking for a Statamic agency?
We build, migrate, host, and support — and we’re still around in year three. If that sounds like what you need, let’s talk.
